It was a gorgeous summer day... maybe a little too gorgeous. Maybe a little too warm. Jesse&Lydia, the cutest most photogenic set of siblings ever (only to be beat by also having their older brother Luke there, but he couldn't make it) were to be my guinea pigs... err... "models" for a
super fun downtown Washington DC shoot.
We took the metro to DC (another thing I love about the DC area is that they call it "metro" like we do in Spain) and that was my first ride ever.
We thought it would be super fun to use a reflector on this shoot. It was a blast, but also a challenge since the temperature was in the 90's. We sat in the shade and discussed the shots we were gonna get, and after shooting for a while I ran over to a kiosk and got us all some bottles of water. Few times in my life have I appreciated water that much. We pretty much walked around DC and had a blast!
Here's what we got!
I dropped them off at home and we ended up hanging out for a while, roasting hot dogs on a backyard bonfire, playing acoustic guitars, and having a great time. The night ended with a late-night viewing of Prince Of Persia... what a fun time! Thanks guys for being so awesome about everything! :D
